Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 9, 2022, Stran & Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will hold a conference call on August 15, 2022 regarding its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022, corporate progress and other developments. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
