Brian Posner, MBA

Brian Posner brings over four decades of public company financial leadership, strategic planning, and investor relations experience to the Company. Currently, Mr. Posner serves on the Board of Directors of Firefly Neuroscience, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIFF), where he also chairs the Audit Committee. Firefly is an artificial intelligence (AI) technology company developing innovative neuroscientific solutions with goals to improve brain health outcomes for patients with mental illnesses and neurological disorders. He also sits on its Compensation and Nominating & Governance Committees. Previously, Mr. Posner served as Chief Financial Officer for six publicly traded companies, including electroCore, Inc., Cellectar Biosciences, Inc., and Adynxx, Inc. (formerly Alliqua BioMedical, Inc.). His leadership in these roles encompassed a broad array of responsibilities, including capital formation, M&A execution, and public company compliance. Notably, under his tenure as CFO of electroCore, revenue grew approximately 85% in fiscal year 2023, and the company achieved a five-year CAGR of 61%. Mr. Posner began his career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) and holds an MBA in Managerial Accounting from Pace University and a BA in Accounting from Queens College.

Mr. Adams, a leader in the media industry, is the President and CEO of Adams Publishing Group, LLC (APG), which he founded in 2013. Under his leadership, APG has grown into a leading community-focused media organization. Prior to founding APG, Mark joined M/C Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm specializing in media where he managed the B2B, medical, and financial publishing portfolios for M/C Partners for several decades, overseeing a multi-year, multi-platform roll-up in the specialty publishing and digital space. Mr. Adams is a director of each of The Associated Press, News/Media Alliance, The McCallum Theater, and DAP Health Inc. Mr. Adams holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University, plus an MBA and M.S. in Communications from Boston University.

Ms. Cummins, a dynamic leader with over 25 years in sports, media, and entertainment, is Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships at WTA Ventures LLC, the commercial arm of the Women’s Tennis Association (“WTA”), where she drives global business development and commercial initiatives. Previously, she was an Operating Partner at Isos7 Sports, focusing on value creation in media and sports, and SVP of Consumer Products at WWE, where she managed a $1 billion global division, forging partnerships with leading consumer brands. Her prior roles include leadership positions at New York Road Runners, Vineyard Vines, and the United States Tennis Association. Ms. Cummins earned a BA from Boston College and has been recognized as a Sports Business Journal Game Changer.

Mr. Chippindale has been President of Engage & Excel Enterprises Inc., an employee recruitment and M&A consulting company, since July 2017. From January 2008 to June 2017, Mr. Chippindale was Chief Business Development Officer of BrandAlliance Inc., a promotional products distributor. Mr. Chippindale graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor degree in International Business and Marketing. Mr. Chippindale has been listed on the ASI Power 50 five times, was Chief Executive Officer and a director of BrandAlliance Inc., and was President of Proforma Inc. from September 1987 to December 2004. He is a leading business development, recruiting and merger and acquisition consultant for the promotional products industry, a strategic think tank member, and a certified marketing professional. He has managed over 100 business combinations and the recruiting of over 1,000 sales professionals.
